APR 30, 9am-noon Pull-A-Plane at KCI Airport
It's Big and It's Back! Join us for Pull A Plane at Kansas City International Airport and take the challenge to pull a 300,000 pound FedEx Airbusfor 12 feet in the shortest amount of time. Think you have what it takes to Pull A Plane and keep families â€ª#‎StrongerTogether‬? Join the Red Shoe Society team here

MAY 7, 9am-noon Pop Tab Pandemonium at Cherry St. House
This family-friendly, carnival like atmosphere will have a ton of fun activities like hair painting, tattoos, hula hoop contest, SWOT teams, fire trucks and more for the whole family to enjoy! And, don't forget to bring in those pop tabs you've been saving. The tabs will be collected and dropped off at the Family Court lots, 26th and Cherry. The Red Shoe team will have a table at the event where we'll be dying hair, please email Kristi if you'd like to volunteer. We hope to see you there!

May 10, 6-8:30pm Red Shoe Goes Up Down at Up/Down
Come join the Red Shoe Society at Up-Down for a night of old-school video games, great pizza, cold drinks, and friendly competition. Attendees* must pre-purchase tickets. $15 for Red Shoe members and $25 for non-members gets you 20 tokens, 2 drinks, and delicious pizza. Purchase tickets here. All proceeds will go to the families staying at the houses while their children are at local hospitals.
*Attendees must be 21 or older to attend.

May 11, 6-7:30pm Communications Committee Meeting at Sully's Pub
We are getting the Communications Committee together again to discuss what we did well in the first three months and what we can improve on moving forward. Oh, and have a drink, eat snacks, and catch up! Whether you've been a part of the committee or are looking to get involved, the meeting is open to anyone interested in helping out! Have questions? May 16, 5-7pm Red Shoe Society May Dinner at the Cherry St. House
Join Red Shoe Events board member Thomas Dutcher as he organizes a group to prepare a meal for the families at the Cherry St. House. This is a great way to get involved and meet people. You don't have to be a chef to help, Thomas will coordinate who brings what, from paper plates to the main dish. Email him with any questions or join the facebook event here! 

SEPT 17, 6pm-11pm Red Shoe Shindig at North Club at Arrowhead Stadium
Put on your red shoes and join us for a night of music, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, auctions and more. You'll be doing more than dancing the night away - you'll be helping us keep families close to their sick children.
