Mission
"In support of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City, Friends of the House attracts members to raise resources, broaden the volunteer base, and enhance awareness in the Kansas City community."
Why Belong?
Friends of the House was recently formed to provide community involvement opportunities to its members and embrace an exceptional organization serving children and their families.
This new, energetic group offers its members various ways to become involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City. Members can directly make an impact on the lives of others and become leaders in our community.
Several reasons for belonging:
- Personal satisfaction in helping provide a "home away from home" for seriously ill children and their families who are going through a very stressful time.
- Organized opportunities for adults and children to help at the Houses and Family Room which will enrich your life, your children's lives, and the lives of the families using the Ronald McDonald House facilities.
- Goal to have 100% of the membership, contributions, and social event funds directly support the Houses and Family Room.
- Join to make a difference; a difference you will see and feel.
